The Pic with a man behind... :D

This is from a garden in Nuwaraeliya, Sri Lanka. I think the name is Wine Lily (Crinum zeylanicum). Flowers are like
bulbs. Natives say that parts of plant are poisonous if ingested. But in India the roots and the leaves are used in medicine.it is used as a centrifuge & used in skin disorder & inflammations.Also used as an analgesic. found these info from web :) source
